A Personal Tribute

I consider myself truly fortunate to have trained under the guidance of three exceptional mentors who have played a defining role in shaping my journey as a pulmonologist.

Their mentorship has been instrumental in strengthening my clinical knowledge, hands-on procedural expertise, and confidence in advanced interventional pulmonology, diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy, pleural interventions, and biologic therapies for severe asthma.

Beyond technical skills, they have taught me invaluable lessons in clinical judgment, precision, ethical practice, humility, and compassionate patient care.

The knowledge they shared, the opportunities they provided, and the confidence they instilled in me continue to influence my approach to medicine every day.

I remain deeply grateful for their unwavering guidance, encouragement, and trust throughout my professional journey.

“A great mentor does more than teach a procedure; they shape the way you think, the way you care, and the physician you become.”

— Dr. Satyam Agarwal

Forever grateful to my teachers, who helped shape not only my skills but also my values as a physician.
