80-second 3D animation with English & Hinglish voiceover — coming soon. Follow the written steps below meanwhile.

Who is this for? People who feel breathless during walking or daily activities, especially those with COPD.

Step by step

  1. 1

Sit comfortably with your feet supported and relax your shoulders.

  2. 2

Breathe in gently through your nose for about two seconds.

  3. 3

Purse your lips as though you are gently blowing out a candle.

  4. 4

Breathe out slowly through your pursed lips for about four seconds. Do not force the air out.

  5. 5

Try to make your breath out longer than your breath in.

  6. 6

Repeat at a comfortable pace whenever it helps — for example during or after walking.
